The conference will be from January 2-6 in Chattanooga, TN, held at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

Make sure to bring money with you to the conference to pay for transportation, parking, food, optional free day activities like shopping, and merch that will be offered at the conference bookstore.

There will be one day during the conference when you will have the majority of the day to participate in sports tournaments, as well as all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer like hiking, shopping, ice skating, laser tag, etc.

Weather-appropriate clothing for 5 days/4 nights, athletic clothing and shoes for free day tournaments, toiletries, Bible, and pen.

After the deadline for registration has passed (Dec. 5), we no longer offer refunds for conference. If you would like to apply for an exception to this policy, please submit a request to your Campus Director and to the NYC Planning Team.

We don't want money to keep you from what God may have for you at NYC. Talk to the Campus Outreach staff at your campus about scholarships and other ways to raise funds for conferences.

Generally, no. Sometimes we make exceptions for special circumstances, but most of the time we want to reserve the space at the conference for students who are involved in Campus Outreach on their campuses. If you have questions you can talk with the Campus Outreach staff at your campus.

We'll have all kinds of sports tournaments on the free day. Gather a team now and sign-ups will be at the conference!

Food is not provided at the conference, but we have worked out some deals with local restaurants in downtown Chattanooga to give special discounts to conference participants. You will need to show your conference name tag to receive these special rates - more info about meals will be available once you arrive.
